cute but averageMay 15, 2006
By Biggi I can't even remember how many times I pulled up this toy and debated to buy it for my little girl.
Finally I broke down and ordered it for her 3rd birthday.Today.
It came and she took one look at it and it wasn't that impressive to her.
So go figure. I like it. BUT the color is not pure white as it looks on the picture it has a bit of a "dirty"white look to it.
The teapot is not as big as I had expected. The items itself are cute. No doubt about it. It will work great for Tea Parties with dolls and friends, but the items are not as big as I had thought and somehow when looked at in person not as impressive.
Sorry. The songs it plays ( for 3 seconds ) are okay.
It is a nice toy but not worth the price plus shipping.
The highest it should be marekted for is perhaps $9.99. And no more.
It is different and therefore unique. But not worth the money.
You can find some nicer tea sets out there for less or if you pay this much you get more for your money.
I would say leave it alone and focus on some other little tea set.
All in all a nice toy but not that impressive and my little girl did not even get that excited over it and she loves Belle and the characters.
There is just nothing special about this thing. Cute and yes it is durable but for the price not really amazing.
Hope this helps.

Mrs. Potts tea set is greatAug 09, 2005
By Ann Davis Great little tea set; bubbling sounds and several phrases. Although I was disappointed that the voice was NOT that of the character in the animated movie, my granddaughter truly enjoyed the set. It appears to be fairly sturdy; but we haven't had it long. Educational value is that it does help teach young ladies "tea" manners. Overall, we're pleased.

Super Sweet Teaset for any Belle Fan!!Dec 30, 2005

I think this is just precious! My 3 year old LOVES Belle, and had a Belle Tea Party for her 3rd birthday - so I thought she HAD to have this! I also bought a different version that while cuter in may respects to this set, and says more phrases, Mrs. Potts in that set couldn't actually hold "tea" - but this set you can put liquid in the tea pot to pour. My daughter had so much fun with this at her tea party, and she loves it still!!! I am glad we purchased - with both the sets she had enought tea settings for all of her friends - and b/c they are plastic, no worries. She had a mini porcelean set with Belle, that has just the cups left, all the saucers met an untimely demise!!!!

By L. C. Morin My 3 1/2 year old grandson enjoys his tea service-has tea parties with his 4 year old cousins when they come to visit-he loves Mrs.Pots, Chip and the princess plates! He discovered it at his friends house, and I was glad to be able to find one for him!

GREAT toy! My daughters LOVE it!Jun 12, 2006

My daughters play with this talking tea set ALL the time! The tops of the lids can break off with any 'rough' play, but they really are very durable. In fact, one of their friends decided to pour real water in the hole on the top of the teapot and after waiting a couple weeks for the residual water to dry out, it worked perfectly again! Doesn't need batteries changed very frequently either and not ridiculously loud. -Two definite pluses for parents!!
