My son got this set for Christmas. I wanted a gender neutral tea set (not easy to find) and my sister got him this one. He loves playing tea and serving up food on the dishes. The quality surpassed my expectations. I usually buy wooden toys but it seemed silly to have a wooden tea/dish set since you could never play with it with water or real snacks. I was expecting a cheap, plastic set, but this set is preschool or day care quality. It can take a beating and won't break. Excellent, quality toy.

I like this play dishes set. The plastic is slightly flexible so not the kind that breaks if it falls on a hard floor. The measurements of the set are as follows: plates 5 3/8" diameter; saucers 4" diam.;
cups 2 1/4" diam., 1 7/8" high; teapot 4 3/8" high, and the
utensils 4 1/2" long.

These are perfect for everyday play--toss them into the dishwasher. The primary colors are a nice change too.

I was looking for a dishes/tea set for my 2.5 year old son that wasn't girly. This one is great. The cups and plates are very durable. Some of the utensils are a little loose where the handle connects to the top part. It doesn't seem like they will detach, but it is a possibility.
I like that each place setting is a different color. It helps my son to distribute the pieces and helps us to make sure we have all of the pieces when we put them away. My son is even starting to learn how to set the table. I would recommend this set for any child.

My 16mo old daughter received this dish set for Christmas and absolutely loves it. Before receiving the set, I couldn't keep her from the dishes she uses in my own kitchen. The primary colors are great, the dishes and pcs are very durable, and clean up/sanitize well on the top shelf of the dishwasher. She loves to play tea with the little teapot and small cups that are just her size. If your child has a play kitchen, this set is a must have!
