Good times had by allJan 22, 2008
By Yarn Whisperer My husband put this together, so I can't comment too much on the level of difficulty involved -- what I do know is that it didn't take too long (good) and that it's almost impossible to get the toys out once they've been snapped in (not so good, since we forgot to put batteries in one of them before placing it). That last problem may just be user error, though, as we haven't bothered going back to the directions to see if there is a trick to removing the toys. Our son, 8 months old, really seems to enjoy playing with the toys and bouncing up and down. He even crawls over to the ExerSaucer when he's on the floor near it, which I think is a good indication that he likes it. Last but not least, this version of the ExerSaucer is marginally less garish than others I've seen, which earns it extra points in my book.

Awesome ExerSaucerMay 09, 2008
By Danielle Hudson I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education; and this product is very developmentally appropriate. My son (6 months) loves the toys. The placement of the toys is wonderful. They are not too close, but he is able to actually reach them and pull them to him. The barn plays music (several different songs), and there is even a small mirror. The toys are very cute and colorful. The seat is very easy for him to turn (there is a seat lock also if you do not want your child to turn). I like how the snack tray is raise and has a place for Cheerios. The assembly was not hard at all and did not take very long. (you just have to be able to read and follow instructions) In my opinion, it is great at developing gross and fine motor skills.

One of our best baby purchasesOct 04, 2008
By N. A. Judge This has been one of our best baby purchases so far (the best has been our Bob stroller). We started using it when our son was 4 mo, 2 months later and after almost daily use, he still loves it. Only one toy lights up and has music (very funky versions of old MacDonald had a farm, itsy bitsy spider, and one other). Only 4 stars because as one other reviewer mentioned, the paint can come off of some toys. It did not spontaneously flake off... my son has 2 bottom teeth already and he chews on anything he can get his mouth on. Those little teeth take the paint right off. It's made in China, so now when I see him really chewing on the painted toys I distract him and give him something safer to chew on.

Paint chips off toysJun 29, 2008
By Elizabeth A. Trittipo Evenflo ExerSaucer® Mega - Farmyard
The paint on the sheep and pig toys immediately began chipping off as soon as I bought this item. Of course, my son puts both toys in his mouth, so he ended up eating the paint. I had to take both toys off the exersaucer, and replace them with different ones.

Love It!!!!Apr 23, 2008
By T. Clester We bought this Exersaucer for our daughter when she was just under 4 months old. She loves it!! She can entertain herself for up to a half hour with all of the toys. We have had it for about 3 weeks now and our daughter can already spin herself around in the seat and can play with most of the toys. I would definitely recommend it to others!!
