| | | Description: | | BEACHHEAD was a Lane instructor at the Ranger School in Fort Benning and an Observer/Advisor at the Covert Ops School in Central America. He's meticulous, patient, and strong-willed. He likes getting up at 0600 hours to take a ten-mile run and PT (physical training) session before breakfast. He enjoys squatting motionless beside a jungle trail for three days straight waiting to ambush bad guys who might never show up. What he hates are people who aren't interested in doing their best.

Review of 25th Anniversary Beach Head Action FigureNov 28, 2011
By Willie W. I had to get this particular G.I.Joe 25th Anniversary figure, after all, this one is none other than Beach Head himself! The hard-charging Army Ranger is incredicably detailed and has an awesome array of accessories and made his first appearance on the G.I.Joe Team in 1986 and in the G.I.Joe cartoon series as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone to get Beach Head to add to one's collection! YO JOE!!!
The best Beachhead I've seen yetJul 30, 2010
By Michael Childress The G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Beachhead figure is one of the first ones to hit the shelves of stores when Hasbro started the line that started in 2007 and ended in 2009. It was actually the first one that I picked up when they came out. Beachhead has always been one of my favorite characters in the G.I. Joe universe. He comes with a backpack, a pistol, a rifle, a crossbow, and a stand. He is one of the more durable figures that Hasbro has made in the line.
Worth every penny!!!Feb 27, 2008
By Dax S. Torres I am a long time GI Joe Fan and was very young when the original Beachhead was released. I remember seeing him for the first time and snatching it right up cause he looked so cool and had lots of nifty accessories.
I will admit to not doing that right away when the 25th Anniversary figures came out but that was more because I wasn't buying them at the time I first saw this version.
Once I got hooked into GI Joes again I immediately started searching for this figure.
He is one of the best figures currently out in my opinion and has just as many nifty items as before. If I have one complaint, it is that the removable crossbow's bow can be removed from the crossbow (to prevent damage during packaging or play I'd imagine) and it can come of quite easily. Otherwise, a perfect toy.

Figure had potentialOct 15, 2007
By cybernery At first glance, this Beachhead figure doesn't look so bad, with his ominous looking gaze and unique camouflage outfit. But upon closer inspection, you'll notice he's about a half inch taller than the Snake-eyes figure (is this the standard size for wave 2?). Turn em around and the back of his head is a straight horizontal shell, like a split coconut; his deltoids are too big for his arms, giving the illusion that there's all bone, no muscle; from behind, his legs are too big for his butt. Compared with the carefully detailed and well-proportioned Snake Eyes figure, this just looks like an ordinary children's toy.. A disappointing 25th tribute to a cool character.
If you want realism, get the Snake-eyes figure.
