5The wheels are protected.Jun 13, 2010
I bought mine a few years ago and my son loves it. I don't carry two children so I can't speak to the "sag" but do note that there is a strap you can tighten the seat area with. Now for the part no one else seems to mention. The wheels don't catch on stuff, but rather glance off. Now I'm not saying you should use it as a bulldozer but when you miss judge the amount of space you have on one side or the other, it's a VERY nice feature for the wheels to be enclosed in an aluminum cage. That alone make me much more happy about it than others I've seen. Secondly the wheels are great. They're big offer a good ride to my son and I don't have to worry about them "making" it over a rock without digging in. The attachment to the bike is really easy so long as you don't try to do it in a bent manner. If you turn your bike like your taking left turn with the trailer following you it attaches easily. It has a huge amount of storage space, and is easy to assemble and disassemble. On the whole very satisfied.

5good product for the priceMay 23, 2010
I bought this trailer for my 1-year old daughter. I have used it for a few rides so far and it seems to be working out great. I think it's a good value for the price. I looked at some expensive trailers but wasn't sure if it's worth the investment especially since the kid will grow out of it in a year or two. There is ample room for one kid and other stuff in the trailer. It's designed for two kids but I have only used it with my 1-year old. Assembly was easy and the quality seems good. I wish the seat was padded and had more structure. It's just a thin plastic hammock. I ride on a smooth surfaced bike trail so the trailer is very easy to pull. You can hardly feel that it's there. My daughter enjoys it very much.

5Smooth and light trailer for tooling around our neighborhoodMay 16, 2010
I purchased this trailer to replace a bike seat my daughter had outgrown. We use it to bike to the local playgrounds and will be using it to take her back and forth to pre-school starting in the fall. The trailer is relatively easy to attach and un-attach. It is balanced well on the wheels and is very light and easy to pull on the bike (much easier than having her in the seat on the back). It travels over the yard well enough, although I don't "offroad" very much. It converts to a stroller simply, and we just leave the handlebar on the back all the time. We don't fold it much, because we use it often and because you have to change the strap under the seat when you fold it. I haven't been disappointed in it yet in any way. It has a little storage in the back, which is nice, and pockets and drink holders on each side, also nice. I haven't taken it to a store yet because I don't have a lock for it and would need a seperate one for it because the lock on my bike is short. But it has room to bring some stuff home from the store, which is much easier than the seat I was using. I will update my review if I have a different opinion after daily use.

2Bad startMar 22, 2010
I bought this item through Amazon. The product arrived and the left side of the unit had about a 3 inch horizontal tear. Not the best sign of quality control right out of the box. So I called the support line and was on hold for 9 minutes. The rep who I spoke with advised that they were short-handed this week....ok. The csr advises that they will send me out a replacement part, without really confirming where my tear was. As it turns out, she was going to send the top canopy instead of the part I actually needed.

So she evidently now is sending me the right part and begins describing the detailed (albeit not ultra complicated) process of replacing the part. I asked if the part will come with directions. She said that it wouldn't but that if I couldn't figure it out I could call customer service back and they could walk me through it (8:00-5 CST, M-F).

So now I'm retrofitted the base of this trailer that my children are supposed to ride in...not the kind of situation I thought I'd be inheriting.

So far, very dissappointed.

5Awesome for 5 and 1 year old!!Jan 19, 2010
After searching long and hard for a trailer, we ended up with this one. We love it!! I have a 5 year old and a 20 month old and they both ride in it together. Sure, there isn't tons of space for both, but they did awesome and had a great time. Great storage for the snacks and drinks and more storage behind the seata for more stuff! The sling seats seem more comfortable then expected. As others have said, the straps are kind of a pain till you get the hang of it. I definitely recommend getting a trailer with the 20in wheels....makes for a smoother ride ride. Attaches and dettaches easliy from my bike. We haven't used it for a stroller and probably won''t b/c we have a jogger already. It has great weather coverage. Just got caught in a sudden down pour and my daughter stayed dry! Overall, I highly recommend this trailer....can't beat the price!! If the kids are happy in it....I'm happy!
