I purchased this red Ferrari Lego car for my 6 yr. old son. I was the one who basically ended up putting it together. I'm very familiar with the way LEGO designs their toys, but I feel like this one has a few flaws that may it more "fragile" than most. Granted the pieces will fall off with us, and the only way to keep it together is to glue it (tempted to do). Otherwise, the car is fantastic and has a windup mechanism that makes the car zoom off when you roll it back towards you and you let go. My son loves cars and he had fun helping me build it. He likes to play with it, but I find myself having to help him build it back up again after it crashes. Like I said, I'm very tempted to glue the whole thing together.

This is a terrific 1:24 scale Lego model of a Ferrari F1 formula 1 racer, and it is incredibly realistic. The power function pull-back motor is very powerful and this completed model really runs smoothly and beautifully, giving this kit excellent play value. There are many decals, which can be challenging to apply with perfect placement. This kit makes only one model, as there are no alternate building instructions or alternate model ideas pictured. This is an easy but really fun build, and you will have a great Lego racing car!

Darin jumped up and down when he received this for christmas. He was totally obsessed with it until he had the whole thing constructed. It was a real hit.
