my twins new favorite toySep 16, 2005
By Mother of twins My cousin gave this toy to my twins for their 1st birthday. I can not get my children away from it. It is their new favorite toy. While my daughter is riding, her brother is behind pushing her around, sounds unsafe I'm sure-not true. This product is so durable, even when her brother is pushing her around, the horse itself doesn't budge. It is such a great toy and they are both able to enjoy it at the same time. I would definetly recommend this toy, and will be getting one for my nephew when he is old enough. Another plus, it took 5 min to put together-very simple. They were able to play on it during their party!!!

My 9 month old son had outgrown his Jumperoo so I bought this for him. He tried out the floor model at the store and just loved it! His face lit up at once! I loved the fact that this had a seat to hold him in to prevent him from getting hurt. He spent hours in this thing, bouncing and rocking. However, he is now 17 months old. I removed the seat about 2 months ago because he was too big for it. He hasn't used it since. My 5 year old daughter loves it though! She sits on it to watch cartoons. Anyhow, I would recommend this toy to anyone looking for a great safe toy to put your child in!

My 19-month-old daughter adores this pony. She received it for her first birthday, and she still climbs all over it and uses it daily. The design is great. I love the fact that the plastic "saddle" is removable for when a child is ready to get off and on the horse on her own. My daughter didn't like being put in the plastic saddle, but after it was removed, she liked the horse much better. The fabric part is easily removed for washing, which is a big plus. The only downfall is that it does slide rather easily on carpet, so she can push it around as much as she wants. I suppose that could easily be fixed if I wanted to put some rubber strips on the bottoms. Overall, this is one of our daughter's favorite toys, and I have to give it 5 stars for that.

Giddy yap horseyOct 19, 2005
By Barbara J. Ferguson Our 17 month old great grand daughter loves herRadio Flyer rocking horse. In fact, she enjoys it so much, we have purchased one to keep at our house also. She can get off and on by herself, and loves to make it rock and bounce. We plan to have our other 2 great grand children use it, and if they like it as much, one will be sent to their home also.

A nice pony but not the end-all be-all of ridesJul 27, 2007
By GenXmom This toy is a lot bigger than I expected. If space is an issue for you, you should get the Fisher-Price Bounce 'n' Spin Zebra. Also, just a warning, when you take the parts out of the box, the rubber bands smell! I did not enjoy this aspect of the toy and had to air it out the odor was so strong.
As far as entertainment value goes, I'm not terribly impressed yet, as my toddler likes the pony all right but not so much as to sit on it and ride for more than five minutes. The pony doesn't rock as well as it should, and it slides all over carpet. Be warned. It doesn't make any sounds either. To get the model with sounds be prepared to fork out $100 whereas the Bounce 'n' Spin Zebra we have was comparably priced and has music and sounds!
I don't know which one will win out in the end, but this Radio Flyer pony could use a few tweaks in the rock feature.
