Not the same doll as the picNov 28, 2007
By R. Eakle Be careful when ordering this doll. The one the company sends you is not the one shown in the picture. It does not have the cute bows and ruffles. When I called the company to inquire and see if they sent the wrong one, they informed me that the artist sent a different doll than what their picture shows. They returned my money, although I never got reimbursed for my return shipping. I ended up ordering one from Toys r us, paid less and got the 30" doll, I am much happier with that one.

Very Disappointed!Dec 05, 2007
By JLD Very disappointed. Nothing like the picture and did not have button eyes! I also thought it was pretty cheap not to refund shipping when it was clearly their misrepresentation.

Great doll, no issues hereJun 17, 2009
By Marie I recieved a doll that looks exactly like the doll in the picture. The face details are beautifily stiched, the clothes are adorable, and of high quality. the hair is firmly in place. Very high quality for the price, and totally worth it!

NO BUTTON EYES! Item description wrong.Nov 18, 2009
By C. Jayne The product description is a lie. The eyes are not button eyes, as described. The only reason I decided to order this particular doll was to get one with button eyes. The dolls from the 60's had really pretty black button eyes. This doesn't even come close to the description. Out of the box, my second impression (after being disappointed about the eyes) was "Cheap".

Beautiful dolls, both this and Raggedy Andy!Dec 28, 2007

I think the photo here doesn't do this doll or the Andy one justice. I sent my granddaughter both the Raggedy Ann and Andy and the photo I saw of her playing with them shows they're especially quality toys, very good-looking and well made. I wasn't expecting them to be THAT beautiful, but they are.
