Scene it is the hands down best game for movie fanatics. You pit yourself against your friends and family to be the end-all DVD master. The best part is that even if you start memorizing the answers through the repetition and repeated play, Scene it? releases update packs to add more questions and movie clips. Just in case people are weary of my 3 star enucational value rating that is only because the only thing you are learning is the most fun kind of konwledge: useless knowledge.

My family really enjoys playing this game. We watch a lot of movies so it is fun to put together teams and go for it. I find the kids (late teens) are much faster at it than my husband and I. It's probably not a good one for younger kids. We have a blast every time we play it. It's good for "Family Time".

I bought this for family game night -parents early 40's kids tweens/early teens. The packaging and descriptions lead me to believe that it had many newer movies but in playing it thrice now we really haven't come across too many. The focus seems to be on movies from the 80' and 90's which makes it less fun for the kids. We've solved this by playing teams. If it had more movies from the 2000's, as I thought that it did I would have rated it higher.

This game is fun for parties or large family gatherings. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas and we all played it right away. Lots of family fun!
